I'm Farida and I first started to make mosaics as a hobby about 19 years ago, but was so absorbed that I decided to make it my job.

I work from home and one day, I dream to open my own studio. I want to utilise my skills and share my sense of beauty to all who like mosaic. You can be guaranteed that all my items are unique – they will never be repeated, and they are functional. A constant source of inspiration is the world around me. I'm always looking for new ideas, combinations of colours and materials.

I am inspired by my family. My children have both found themselves working in creative fields. My eldest daughter is a talented florist in Perth and my youngest is a successful illustrator.
